S. S. Corrugated Flexible Hoses

Stainless Steel corrugated flexible hoses are offered from size 6mm NB (1/4") to Size: 200mm NB (8'), The Annular Corrugated hose body provided the flexibility & pressure tight core of the assembly, We also manufacture high flexible close-pitch hoses for special applications.

BRADING

When pressure is applied, unbraided corrugated hose tends to elongate axially. To restrain this, a external layer of S.S. wire braid is provided. The braid also makes the assembly pressure resistant.

Sometimes two or even three layers of braiding are provide for high pressure applications. The braiding is highly flexible & follows the movement of the hose. The braid is normally manufactured in S.S. 304 Wire, how ever S.S. 316 & S.S. 321 braid can also be manufactured. We also supply wire braid in different configurations as per customer specifications.BRADING

STATIC INSTALLATIONS

Where the flexible Hose is used to connect misaligned pipes and remain in a static position.

OCCASIONAL FLEXING

Where the Hose is required to flex continuously, such as manual operated equipment.

CONSTANT FLEXING

Where the Hose is required to flex continuously, usually in moving machinery.

VIBRATION

High frequency : low amplitude movement e.g. on a compressor.
